My story
After spending most of my career in large corporations, I realized it was time for a change in 2015. While I was working full-time, I was also volunteering and advocating for organizations and causes near and dear to our family - my younger son has a rare form of epilepsy. After taking some time off to care for my kids, my passion for communications kept percolating. Deciding not to ignore that call, I discovered grant-writing as a way to combine my talents and passion to help mission-driven organizations do good in the world.
